You should keep chasing your dreams and follow your passion. You should be passionate about what you are doing. Failure can have a negative impact in our brain like higher level of anxiety, stress, depression, demotivation and anger. Sometimes people start consuming excessive amount of alcohol, drugs and thinking suicide to get rid from emotional pain. But one should remember that running away from the reality will not change the situation. At that time, refreshing the brain is very important task for us. For that, you have to keep yourself busy and introduce some changes in your daily routine. This will protect your mind from any kind of negative thoughts. You can talk with your friend, take deep breathing, go for a walk, do meditation, playing with musical instruments, take a vacation, read a book, read inspirational failure stories, helping others etc. By doing these, you will keep your mind sharp, clear and focused; relives stress and depression and improves your well-being.
